Twenty (21) years, experience in mostly retail, commercial and light industrial projects. As a design principal in an A&E firm, some of the tasks I perform include, but are not limited to the following: Client liaison, manager of marketing, business promotion, client relations. As a lead architect, I am involved from pre-schematics and conceptualization through construction administration & management. I am responsible for establishing and maintaining a high tech library with the latest technologies, and staying up to date with trends in the industry. My well-rounded experience allows me to work within a team or individually.

1990 AIA Inventiveness Award for Coco-Walk Mall in Coconut Grove Florida (the most visited mall in America with 3 million+ visitors per year).

The “Prizm Award” for “The Fountains On The Lake” Power Center in Stafford Texas.

Best In Design Award for “Brown’s Book Store Student Competition" in 1986.

Best In Design Award for “Black Mountain Competition” in 1986.

Second place winner out of 144 national & international entries, of the “Houston Sesquicentennial Park International Competition” in 1984 with my professor Mr. Rifaat.

  • 57,220 sq. ft. 5 story 3½ star hotel located in New Llano, Louisiana
  • 24,000 sq. ft. 3 story class A+ building, qualified for LEED, located in Shenandoah, Texas
