U.S. trained Lead/Senior architect, with Twenty (23) years, experience in the fields of; Management; Technical; and Aesthetics. 

Management: Managed architects and engineers from all disciplines, throughout the project stages, and through difficult tasks such as obtaining civil site utilities in JIC, KSA, for (NAMA, TASNEE & MARAFIQ.) where no utilities are currently available. Established an architectural department for 13 years, in Houston, within an engineering firm.

Technical: Practicing & lecturing in Sustainable/Green architecture for residential & commercial projects as  standard operating procedure. Specializes in Codes: International Building Codes (IBC 2000-2009), UBC, Southern Building Code, IRC 2006, International Fire Code (IFC2000), Aramco Codes, Royal Commission Architectural Code (RCAC), Royal Commission Engineering Manual, American with Disability Act (ADAAG), and familiar with IMC & IEC, and energy code calculation using “ComCheck” & RezCheck” programs.

Aesthetics: Practicing in Hi –End, cutting edge designs that are environmentally responsible and site specific, where form indeed follows function. Where all required details are generated by me, to complement the designs, and all are code compliant.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining high tech library with the latest technologies, and keeping up to date with International Building Codes(IBC), handicapped codes ADAAG and sustainability standards.

The “Prizm Award” for “The Fountains On The Lake” Power Center in Stafford Texas.

Best In Design Award for “Brown’s Book Store Student Competition" in 1986.

Best In Design Award for “Black Mountain Competition” in 1986.

Second place winner out of 144 national & international entries, of the “Houston Sesquicentennial Park International Competition” in 1984 with my professor Mr. Rifaat.

  • Nama, Tasnee, Marafiq & Samsung site utility extension: Architectural & Civil project
  • “Gosaibi” Headquarters office bldg. @ 10,000 sq.mtr. Riyadh, KSA. Sustainable 4 story building, with double “green” roof areas, to lower the “Heat-Island” effect

  • Mr. & Mrs. Jeshi’s Residence, sustainable, ultra-modern, 2100 sq. m house, utilizing, “Thermal-Mass”, wind power, “grey-water” circulation system, low water consuming landscaping, low “Albedo” around the building , to minimize the effect of “Micro-climate”.
