Suhaimi Mixed-Use Development : Suhaimi Office Building

Project consists of tract of land 33,000m2 new Downtown Dammam. The developer's program required one 5 star hotel with forum and meeting areas and 312 rooms with two 12 & 16 story hotel & executive long term stay furnished apartments. One office tower at 21 story high with cooperate identity for client's use. One boutique retail with two hi-end towers at 10 & 12 story high (vertical compound concept) and finally, one boutique retail with two hi-end towers at 10 & 14 story high each respectively.
